We provide something special at Cambridge-Ellis School. We practice inclusion, embrace diversity, and view our community as much broader than our city, state, or country. We are creating hope for a better world both for our children and the communities where they will someday become leaders.
We have three annual fundraisers at Cambridge-Ellis that contribute $100,000 for scholarships for children to attend CES. One out of every 10 children at Cambridge-Ellis receives a scholarship. At the Holiday Fair in December, we sell holiday goods, baked goods, and artwork. During the Annual Auction, our largest community event, parents come together to celebrate our children and bid on goods and services donated by families, teachers, classrooms, and local businesses.
In addition to these events, families are welcome to make donations directly to the general Scholarship Fund, the Ann Murphy Artisans Fund, or to the Cambridge-Ellis Endowment. The Ann Murphy Artisan Program brings local artisans to work with the entire school community. Building the endowment enables us to make capital improvements to our building and grounds and to enhance our programs.
